ADHD and Executive Dysfunction: Find Work That Energizes You - Ep 147 with Harry Nguyen

· 44:27

|
What if the key to ADHD productivity isn't forcing yourself to do more, but building a life around what actually energizes you? Harry Nguyen shares how understanding his ADHD helped him stop fighting the way his brain works, lean into his interests, and rethink productivity. We talk about task initiation, hyperfocus, overworking, body doubling, AI tools, delegation, and why traditional productivity advice doesn't always work for an ADHD brain.

Harry Nguyen is a Vietnamese-born Australian student, educator, entrepreneur, and ADHD advocate. He is completing a Bachelor of Education majoring in maths and chemistry while running a tutoring business, building edtech products, and exploring how AI can support his work. He is passionate about education, maths, coding, startups, and finding ways to build a life that works with his ADHD brain.
