Optimizing productivity
You have to prepare the day before if you want to be productive today
Rest and recover well
Pay attention to energy
Monday = content creation day
Thursday/Friday = get interviewed/admin
Daily/monthly cycles
Seasonal changes - winter = not a good time for launching products
Body doubling
Highest level = physical human next to you
Lower level = focus mate/gather town
Optimizing stimulation level
4x speed if she wants to watch something and learn
Can read a book, watch a video, and listen to a podcast at the same time.
