- You have to prepare the day before if you want to be productive today
- Rest and recover well
- Pay attention to energy
- Monday = content creation day
- Thursday/Friday = get interviewed/admin
- Daily/monthly cycles
- Seasonal changes - winter = not a good time for launching products
- Body doubling
- Highest level = physical human next to you
- Lower level = focus mate/gather town
